As A Spiritual Healer & Teacher
For decades, I’ve supported people from all walks of life in navigating challenges and embodying clarity, joy and strength.
I have a rich experience, in ashrams, boardrooms and world stages - all of which I put in service to my beautiful clients. I’ve earned over 40 awards in media and served as a spiritual guide and intuitive coach to an extraordinary range of people, including members of Congress, professional athletes, media stars, CEOs, healers, teachers, and more.

What life aspects can spiritual coaching help me with?
Spiritual coaching with me can support every aspect of your life - relationships, health, business, grief, creativity, energy, emotional resilience, and your connection to the Divine. We work on anything that is diminishing your peace, your joy, your clarity, or your power. Whether you're struggling to find your purpose, heal a karmic pattern, build a practice, or simply feel like yourself again, this coaching helps you come back into deep alignment with your true nature - the unshakable part of you that already knows. We go where the charge is, where the distortion is, and where the healing wants to happen.
Is spiritual coaching similar to therapy?
Spiritual coaching with me is not therapy - though profound emotional healing often happens. A therapist might walk beside you to help manage symptoms, explore the past, or support mental health. That’s beautiful and important. But what I offer is something different. This work is about activating your deep intelligence - intuitive, spiritual, emotional, energetic - and helping you move forward. We don’t stay stuck spinning the same story for years. We find the root, clear the debris, and empower the truth. I draw from a variety of therapeutic modalities, yes - but my approach is energetic, intuitive, multidimensional, and deeply spiritual. If you're looking for a linear, clinical path, I might not be the right fit. But if you’re ready for transformation, embodiment, and real movement - we’ll go far.

Absolutely. Helping people reconnect to their spiritual gifts - and truly own them - is one of my favorite aspects of this work. If you're experiencing heightened intuition, empathic sensitivity, mediumship, energetic awareness, or other spiritual openings, I can help you understand what’s happening, how to trust it, and how to develop those abilities with clarity, groundedness, and spiritual integrity. There’s no rush, no drama - just a safe space for you to explore what’s real, what’s emerging, and how to use it for your healing and service.
What happens in our first session together?
Our first session is a deep intuitive reading and energetic exploration. This is your chance to bring your questions, your desires, your confusion, your fatigue - and let it be seen. I’ll share what I sense and receive intuitively, offer you guidance, and help you map out the energetic patterns and emotional themes affecting your life right now. It’s also a moment for both of us to feel into whether this journey is right for you at this time. If it is, I’ll design a custom coaching program to meet your needs - which may include spiritual practices, energetic clearing, emotional processing, intuitive development, and herbal support. Everything we do is tailored to your sensitivity, your pace, and your soul’s unique blueprint. No pre-made curriculum - this is living, breathing work.
