These Services are offered subject to Your acceptance of these Terms, as well as any relevant sections of the various Paul Wagner websites and their Privacy Policies.

TAX DEDUCTIBILITY OF DONATIONS

As a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit charity, donations made to Believe In Miracles LLC are tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law. When you make a donation, you will receive a receipt for your records. We recommend consulting with a tax professional to determine the specific deductibility of your donation, as individual circumstances can vary. Please note that contributions are made with the understanding that Believe In Miracles LLC has complete discretion and control over the use of donated funds. A list of donors is available.

TRADE & SPIRITUAL NAMES

You understand that Paul Wagner’s spiritual names include Shri Krishna Kalesh, Shri Krishna, or just Kalesh, given to him by his guru Amma, found at Amma.org. These names are interchangeable with Paul Wagner, his birth name.

DONATIONS PAGE

Donations made through the Donate page on our websites go directly toward supporting the work of Paul Wagner (Krishna Kalesh) and Believe In Miracles LLC 501(c)(3).

These contributions help fund our various initiatives, including spiritual coaching, educational content, community outreach, marketing efforts, operational expenses, travel, and other charitable activities. As part of the registration or account creation process, you will create or receive personally identifying login credentials. The benefits, rights, and obligations afforded under these Terms are personal to You. NO REFUNDS

You acknowledge that we make no promise or representation that you will heal to the extent that is possible or make a certain amount of money or any money, or that you will not lose money as a result of using these Services.

This means that if you post my content, images, and writing on social media, you are infringing on Paul Wagner’s rights and ownership and those of his companies. If you would like to share Paul Wagmer’s content, you can only do it by Sharing something that he or his companies have already posted, whether it be on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, or any other social media outlets.

Additionally, you are not to take credit for any of Paul Wagner’s writing or images. If you quote him, the text must be in quotes and then “— Paul Wagner.”

TERMINATION

We may elect to terminate the Services on this Website and others at Our discretion without notice to You or any liability for any reasons whatsoever, including without limitation, if You breach these Terms. You may terminate any account You establish via this website at any time upon written notice to Us.

These Terms, in all respects, shall be governed by and construed according to the laws of the State of Colorado. The venue for any dispute shall be in the County of Denver.

This Agreement is entered into in Denver County, Colorado. You agree and consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state of Colorado and the county of Denver for any dispute arising from or related to this Agreement. Should any part of these Terms be declared void or unenforceable, that term shall be severed from these Terms, and such declaration shall have no effect on the enforceability of the remaining terms. CONSENT & WAIVER

When hiring Paul Wagner(Krishna Kalesh), you agree to the Believe In Miracles LLC Consent & Waiver Agreement.

I am hiring intuitive life and business coach Paul Wagner, also known as Krishna Kalesh, through THIS WEBSITE, PAULWAGNER.COM, SHRIKRISHNA.COM, THESHANKARAEXPERIENCE.COM, SACREDACTIONCARDS.COM, PAUL’S PATREON COMMUNITY PAGE HERE, AND/OR THE BLENDED SOUL ® APP, to receive feedback and assistance in improving my life, relationships, spiritual path, and/or business.

These engagements may occur via in-person, phone, and/or live video meetings, as well as through his free and paid courses and other content (herein referred to as “Sessions”).

By purchasing personal advisory sessions or readings, multiple sessions, video/audio courses, or longer-term individual coaching packages involving multiple calls and/or meetings each week, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. 1. I am engaging Paul through his company, Believe In Miracles, a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization.
   2. I understand that intuitive sessions, coaching, and courses are not substitutes for any type of health, medical, or psychological therapy or treatment.
   3. I recognize that Paul Wagner is a coach and teacher who provides encouragement, ideas, and challenges in the form of advice. This advice may or may not resonate with me, and I may choose how to incorporate it into my life.
   4. I have requested intuitive, empathic, and spiritual coaching sessions and/or education from Paul of my own free will, voluntarily participating and accepting full personal responsibility for my medical, mental, emotional, psychological, spiritual, and bodily well-being.
   5. I understand and agree that these sessions with Paul Wagner should be considered opinion and entertainment. They offer helpful encouragement, friendly, non-intrusive coaching, feedback exchanges, learning, and entertaining discussions, the truth and opinions of which cannot be verified, guaranteed, validated, or confirmed except by me.
   6. I acknowledge that Paul Wagner is a genuine and authentic person who sometimes uses strong language, colorful euphemisms, and other potentially offensive lingo. This comes from his genuine care and lack of self-censorship. None of this is intended to be offensive or discriminatory, and if it feels so, I will immediately notify Paul Wagner to address it together.
   7. I recognize that when I seek advice, courses, and sessions from another human being, it is my decision to accept, reject, or consider the advice.
   8. I understand that some advice may be difficult for me to hear because I can be resistant to change.
   9. I acknowledge that no clairvoyant, psychic, empath, or intuitive life and business coach can predict the nature, type, content, and substance of any information I may receive during readings, sessions, coaching, education, courses, and/or spiritual counseling.
   10. I understand and accept that some information received during my sessions, coaching, and courses with Paul Wagner might be unpleasant, evoke painful memories, and be emotionally difficult for me to process.
   11. If I engage in any activity, perform any action, or make any decisions based on the information provided by Paul Wagner, I do so at my own risk and take full responsibility.
   12. On behalf of myself, my assigns, guardians, and representatives, I agree never to share recorded sessions or video/audio snippets from my sessions, coaching, courses, emails, and texts with Paul Wagner on any social media platforms, keeping all exchanges private between Paul and me.
   13. On behalf of myself, my assigns, guardians, and representatives, I release, discharge, waive, and forever relinquish Paul Wagner and his companies from all known or unknown claims resulting from the information I may or may not receive during my voluntary participation in sessions, coaching, and courses with Paul Wagner.
   14. As a result of my sessions, coaching, and courses, neither I nor my associates will present any claims against, prosecute, sue, or attach liens to Paul Wagner or his companies and associates. I waive all claims, demands, and compensation from all perceived injuries and losses related to my sessions, coaching, and courses.
   15. If I bring a claim for damages against Paul Wagner or his companies and associates, as a result of my actions and omissions, I and/or my estate shall indemnify and hold harmless Paul Wagner and his companies and associates from any and all claims, actions, or damages.
   16. I am not under duress, influence, or coercion, and I understand that I am not obligated to continue. Even after paying, I understand that up until the day before our sessions or before viewing any course content, I may cancel my appointment and engagement and request a 100% refund. After that time, I understand there is no possibility of receiving a refund unless offered by Paul Wagner after a completed session, course, or coaching experience.
   17. The sole reason for purchasing one or more sessions or courses with Paul Wagner is because I genuinely want to engage Paul Wagner for personal reasons, not at the behest of others or as a hired helper, reviewer, volunteer, or contracted agent with ulterior motives. I will keep all sessions and experiences private between Paul Wagner and me.
   18. Paul Wagner is not a medical professional and does not recommend that the information in his sessions or ebooks be helpful to you. The authors of PaulWagner.com’s ebooks are hired writers, researchers, and doctors who compile information that some patients, readers, doctors, and clinics have found helpful – but every person is unique. The information in this ebook might be useful and safe for some people, but it might not be helpful or unsafe for others. Your doctor knows best.
