HELPFUL RESOURCES
If you answered YES to Question 5, please text a trusted loved-one and then immediately call the National Suicide Prevention Hotline:
1-800-273-8255
If you answered YES to any of the questions 1-4, please do the following:
Call your Doctor or Clinician and ask for a Full Mental Health Evaluation.
Consider calling The Mental Health 24-hour helpline: 800-950-6264. If urgent, suicidal, or feeling lost/broken: call 800-273-8255.
Call and text loved-ones and tell them what is on your mind and heart. Ask fo help or a visit.
Reach out to a therapist, psychologist, or psychiatrist to help you process what you are feeling and thinking.
Pray for yourself and focus on positivity until you are able to engage a professional to help you.
If you can find ways to help or service others (charity, church, the homeless, etc), you will temporarily take focus away from your worries and serve those who are less fortunate. Selfless service can reduce our internal pain, worries, and mental obsessions.
If you answered NO to all of the questions above, screening is complete. Stay strong, healthy, and happy by finding your tears, forgiving others, finding ways to help those less fortunate, and remaining grateful for all of life’s lessons, conditions, and experiences.
If you are not suicidal, ready to live in abundance, and you feel you would enjoy an intuitive session, coaching, or spiritual guidance, visit PaulWagner.com/services – Thank you!
