What Is Spiritual Awakening?
Awakening occurs through an expansion of consciousness that allows us to experience a deeper understanding of reality - we pierce through the layers of illusion about ourselves, the world and life. In this process, we release what’s untrue, and reconnect with our true limitless Self.
For some people, this expansion of consciousness emerges naturally due to the soul's wisdom and nature. For others, it can occur through a significant life challenge or through a unique mystical experience.
The Deeper Journey
Spiritual awakening is a journey rather than one single moment in time. It is a journey of connecting deeply with the Divine, self-empowerment, healing and growing self-reliance - to become established unshakeable in inner peace and love.
I've spent more than 30 years immersed in spiritual traditions and guiding others through this process, learning directly from spiritual masters such as Amma, Osho, Mother Meera, Yogi Bhajan, and Chögyam Trungpa.
This page gathers insights and practices to support you - whether you’re newly curious or walking deeply in the path.
Karma & Life Path
Karma is the imprint of the past - and it determines everything in life until you learn how to work with it and clear it.
To live karmically means to live according to the imprints of the past.
Whatever we carry from the past only points to where the work is for us to do - we don't have to carry these forever. We can choose a new path.

Emotional Healing
Clearing the emotional wounds and patterns of the past is a key part of the spiritual journey. This aspect is rarely addressed directly or correctly in the spiritual space, which can result in confusion or spiritual bypass.
Emotional release practices and processes to help heal past traumas and change deeply embedded patterns are necessary tools for the journey.
Spiritual Practices
Rituals, prayer, daily practices such as chanting and kundalini yoga help us reconnect with our divinity and maintain inner balance.
On the spiritual journey, we work with subtle energies - mental, emotional and spiritual. We become alchemists, learning how to clear our energy, protect ourselves and maintain balance amidst challenges.
Whichever spiritual tradition you embrace, your rituals and practices need to work for you.
Spiritual Sovereignty
Often times, life will present us with challenges - difficult childhood circumstances; abuse; loss of friends or family; loss of career or other difficult transition.
All these aspects are ways of pushing us toward reclaiming our power and sovereignty over our journeys.
Confronting oppression and self-oppression, letting go of relationships and aspects that no longer suit you or making choices that draw disagreement or even rejection - may all be called for on the journey.
